This year Charlie was a member of Lightening's pit crew (took him to Once Upon a Child and said here are your options, pick something), Levi wore Charlie's Jake costume from last year (it fit him much better!) & Nora was a mummy (I sewed some gauze onto a onesie & glued on some googly eyes).
We went to a party in town put on the Lions. They have a bunch of little games set up where you can earn tickets for prizes or candy. Since the boys don't know any better, we showed up towards the end when the prizes were gone and they just played the games and got candy. We don't need any more "prizes" around the house! They played games for awhile and then we went to one neighbor who had sent me a text saying they were around so we should stop by. They were having a retirement party so they had quite a crowd. The nice thing about living in the country is that everybody buys a ton of candy and nobody actually comes around so you get a ton of candy at just a couple of stops :)
Uncle Ryan also sent 4 huge bags of candy & a box of fruit snacks in the mail. I think we have enough candy to last us for a very, very long time.
