These are getting more challenging to write but I figure since I am so close to 2 that I might as well keep doing them until then!

- We still have a Mr. Sassy Pants. He's getting some of Charlie's tendencies to have things be done in a very particular way. They love routine I guess! He talks non-stop & is always throwing out new words. His favorite things to say are "no" "want snack" "banana" "cha cha" and "mama". he calls himself cha-cha. He also started saying Grandpa & Grandma this month and Ryan (which sounds like Ayna followed by moo moo).
- When he doesn't get what he wants he will push & hit. He will also do that slow-type body shove where he's trying to make it look like he's not being naughty. He has done it a couple of times at daycare but usually it's directed at us. He has spent some time in timeout this month for this.
- He's still very interested in being my shadow at most times but it's better than before. But when he's tired or crabby he just needs to be held no matter what I'm doing.
- Gets along very well with Charlie. They're really starting to actually play together for large chunks of time. They're almost always playing farm & as long as Levi does what Charlie wants all is well. They love playing with tractors, animals, the tunnel, & blocks.

| Going to school with his backpack on. |
|
- Still avoids having to help pick up his toys but has no problem getting them out.
- Eating is the same. Still picky. He will pick what he wants and then will demand more of what he wants or else "all done, down, wash"
- Spent the night & the white farm this month when we went to Green Bay. Despite the cold weather, they spent a lot of time in the barn this month. He's starting to have fun out there and not demand to be held the entire time which is nice. He loves feeding the calves & riding on the skidloader.
 |
| Helping dad rake rye over Thanksgiving. He's like his mom riding in the tractor. |
- He is in love with our Christmas tree but mostly leaves it alone. However, he is always running around with something he's not supposed to have. Sometimes I have no idea how he even reaches some things but he's determined. It is pretty exhausting to keep up with him because he's always getting into something. He also still likes to drag around the garbage cans, take the garbage bags out, fill up glasses with water, and dump out toys. You know, the usual...
- Continues to be very interested in the concept of the potty but not in actually using the potty. He usually says "pee pee" as soon as he goes in his diaper & then always wants to take it off & sit. He will also sit on the potty before his bath. We did have one success - that same night he got out of the tub, ran over to the potty, concentrated really hard & actually went! I think he surprised himself.

| This is a tired face |
- He has skipped his nap a few times this month. Not a good idea. When he gets tired he gets more destructive. Otherwise everything is the same here - he likes rocking right now after books.
 |
| Fell asleep at 10am after boycotting naps for 2 days. |
- One of his bottom 2 yr molars is through & the other bottom one is working it's way in.
 |
| Saying "CHEESE" but actually has his eyes open!! |
- He's always so happy in the mornings. Love listening to him yell for us & then walking in to his smiling little face. Same goes at night, he's such a sweet baby :) Even if he can drive me batty sometimes he's my best little buddy!
