Big Easter News

We had a fast Easter weekend. We decided to stick around home until Saturday morning so that we could take care of our chickens and not inconvenience Nancy since she was having Brenna's birthday party & Easter at her place on Saturday.  Charlie was so concerned that he was going to miss chores that he asked me to call Grandpa and ask for him to wait to haul manure :) We got down to the red farm around noon and had lunch. The plan for the day was to clean the red barn out from the winter. There were 2 very excited little boys! They spent their afternoon riding in the tractor hauling manure.

Sunday morning we had breakfast at church and then Levi was extra obnoxious all through church. He fell asleep immediately after in the car. We packed up and headed to Sue's for lunch. It rained all morning but eventually the sun did come out. We even went on a gator ride to see the horses out in the pasture. It ended up being 4pm before we left so it wasn't a very fun ride home. Levi was very angry for at least 2 hours of the drive. Charlie fell asleep for the last 1/2 hour. We still had to do our chicken chores too & eat some supper before bed.

Sue had her camera on B&W and didn't know it.

 The Easter bunny brought Frozen. Charlie was very excited! We are excited to watch it too!

OH, AND there was some exciting news to share with the family.
We blew out some eggs & stuffed little notes inside and then had the great aunts crack them open....

I don't even want to think about trying to get a picture of 3 kids haha.
