Charlie's preschool Christmas program was last week. I'd say he was pretty nervous. He stood up and was itching his back and belly the entire time. Haha. But it was an improvement over last year where he just sat on the floor the entire time. But at home, he belts out/performs "gingerbread boy" several times a day. What a kid...
Santa stopped by school too. They're all sitting on his lap and are happy. I am sure next year Nora will hate Santa so I will treasure this picture! Levi is still enamored with Santa (we saw the same one at Pizza Ranch earlier in the week) and still is asking for a "santa present" and Charlie still doesn't really care for Santa and wants "nothing" but when Santa pressed him a bit he said a barn.
Charlie's teacher rocks. She sketched all of the kids and then the awesome paras cut out these silhouettes of all of the kids.

One funny story about Levi: He has been such a putz at meals lately. Just goofing around, playing with his food, making a huge mess and taking forever to eat. The other night after multiple warnings during supper, we removed him from the table and I took him upstairs for a bath. Of course he was losing his mind for at least 20 minutes. Then Charlie came up and I asked Charlie to guess who I had seen that day. He said he didn't know so I said "he was wearing red pants, a red jacket and had a big white beard." as soon as I started my description Levi turned off the waterworks and completely stopped his meldown. Hahaha! Charlie guessed Santa and I confirmed that Yes, I had seen Santa at the mall that afternoon talking to kids. We try very hard not to play the santa card so instead of saying if you don't be good Santa won't come, I just have to talk about him and that's enough to whip Levi into shape (for now). He was pretty interested in what Santa was up to and asked me if he told the kids "remember, nooooo peeking!" because that's what he told them both times he visited.
