The boys got to show calves at the fair again this year. We told grandpa & grandma they could share one but since Charlie likes black ones and Levi likes red ones, they decided they could each take one. Just like last year, they (associates at the red farm) did all of the work getting them broke to lead and getting them ready for the fair. The boys just showed up and looked cute. Charlie named his calf Izzie and Levi named his Baby Sandy...because all red cows are named Sandy :) Charlie didn't feel very good either day, but he made it through. After some arguments over who Grandpa was going to help, Charlie finally agreed that he could help Levi since it was his first year with a calf and he was going to ask Tyler. It turned out that Tyler also didn't feel good that day and Ryan showed all of his animals for him so Charlie had Erik help him instead. I will try to upload the video of Grandma interviewing them (she talks to all of the novice showmen) but I think with our internet it will take about 8 years to upload!
Giving them a bath on Friday when they got to the fair. Charlie was a good scrubber. Levi liked to run the sprayer.
