Wait, I thought LAST winter was the longest winter ever? Regardless this winter has been brutal. We just want to go outside! Charlie's preschool went out for a bit last week and he said, "I just can't believe we actually got to play outside!" Too bad we're looking at another week of ridiculous temperatures! Here's what we've been keeping busy with.

Still sporting our Halloween costumes. Some are fitting better than others by now :)
Bringing snow into the house since it's too cold outside. This was a big hit, should have done it months ago!
Visiting the barnyard at school last week. Fond memories for me of being as big as a house during barnyard 2 of the years I was teaching & hoping we wouldn't have a "Miracle of Birth Center"!
He liked feeding hay to the animals.
Valentine's Day party at school complete with a piñata.
Drinking chocolate milk straight from the chug.
We have hit up the indoor gym at the Rec Center in Hutch a few times. A good way to burn off some energy.
And of course, we have baled and unloaded lots and lots and lots of hay.
