Levi had a big July too. He's growing up too fast and he is so much fun to be around. He makes parenting 2 easy. He is so predictable and easy to please. He surprised us by getting both bottom teeth this month. I'm still shocked he teethed so early. You would have never known he was teething until you picked him up because the poor little guy was so warm, but he was never cranky. There were a few nights of more than usual wake ups but nothing to complain about.
He is now a rolling machine. He rolls in every direction to get where he wants to go. We have to be very careful about what we (mainly Charlie) leave lying around on the floor because Levi will roll all over the place and puts everything in his mouth. When I try to talk to Charlie about leaving crayons and other things on the floor he just says, "WHAT??" so I don't think he gets it. We will keep working on that one. He will stay on a blanket for about 5 seconds before rolling away. He's also really good at pushing up his bottom half but hasn't quite figured out how to lift his front half up. Once he figures this out he's going to be chasing Charles everywhere. I think he's going to be crawling much earlier than his brother was.
Cheri says Levi loves watching the other kids at daycare. He just hangs out and watches them run all the time. I'm not sure what type of activities he does there but at home he's having fun in the excersaucer/jumper/thing that takes up entirely too much room and still likes a ride in the swing too. He does great entertaining himself for decent amounts of time.
As far as his schedule goes, he's waking up usually between 5:00-6:00am; nurses 3x a day and takes 3-5oz bottles at daycare. At home, he usually will take 2 long naps and a shorter one. On the mornings of his earlier wake ups, sometimes he will fall right back to sleep so we both sneak in a quick nap before getting going for the day. A few nights now he has flipped over and slept on his tummy but I think he still prefers his back. As long as he has his blankie he is fine. He only uses his Nuk to fall asleep and then he doens't have it the rest of the night.
We bought a double stroller & after receiving our THIRD shipment from Amazon we finally got one that was not broken so we have been enjoying walks at night. Levi usually falls alseep & Charlie usually talks the entire time. Daisy & Patty (the stray cat that has been around for a year) come too.
That's about it for little Levi. He is such a joy and we are so blessed!
